Problem when opening a PDF file

Follow the procedure bellow:

  • Click on the Windows Start button located at the lower left of your display
  • Select Programs
  • Select Adobe Acrobat x.x (where xx indicate the version)
  • Acrobat Reader xx will show. Click it.
  • Acrobat Reader program will open.
  • From the Menu, select File, then Preferences, then General...
  • General Preferences dialog box will be displayed.
  • In the 'Options' section at the bottom of the dialog box, verify if Web Browser Integration is checked. It should be Unchecked.
  • Click the 'OK' button to confirm your change.
  • Close Acrobat Reader and open the file you want to read
